October Player Promotion - Trick or Treat!
Inspired by some scary pumpkin faces, witches, bats and candy, we bring you our next monthly promotion… Halloween: Trick or Treat. This month’s promotion has many surprises in store that will keep the action frighteningly interesting.
As your players play and earn comp points their player admin tracks their eligibility for prizes, unlocking them as they reach the set comp point incremement.
The best part is once they unlock a prize, they can trick or treat. Trick or Treat gives you the chance to win something better - a treat or to get tricked into something worse. Also keep an eye out for the cool halloween graphics at the tables!

MTT Leaderboard
If your players love Live Seat events then you are going to love our ongoing MTT Leaderboard promotion.
The MTT Leaderboard awards players leaderboard points for every multi table tournament they play throughout the full month, culminating with the top 100 places receiving entry into a Leaderboard Grand Final with a major live seat package for first place.
Only a players top 25 results for the month will count towards their leaderboard score, and most excitedly the final will be using unique starting chip stacks based on their final leaderboard score.

CAP DOWN UNDER
Casino Affiliate Programs have just announced an Australian conference - CAP Down Under. Knowing what a great destination Australia is we are going to make this a conference to remember.
The event will take place at The Shangri-La in Sydney Harbour on November 24th - 26th.
We are in the final stages of planning something very special, I can't say too much... but I can say players that come and join us will get to see Australia in all its glory, not just the conference in Sydney!

CAP Barcelona Wrap Up
CAP's second European Conference for 2008 was held in Barcelona last week.
PDCAffiliates attended along with a whole host of other gambling affiliate
programs and more importantly, a large and varied group of gambling
affiliates. There were more people attending than last year's Barcelona
event. The parties, hotel and even the non-sponsored local clubs & bars
seemed to be at capacity with familiar faces at all times!! This is hardly
surprising considering this conference seems to be going from strength to
strength with each year and is slowly gathering larger groups of delegates
and exhibitors each year.
There was also the ASOP (Affiliate Series Of Poker), which had to be
cancelled due to a new bylaw that stated no gambling outside of casino's and
this included games that were for play money or any other accolades. The
police raided the show and confiscated the poker tables for the ASOP and
even a blackjack table from the stand of one exhibitor. This was a minor
setback and didn't dampen the spirits of the delegates and exhibitors. The
show went on and we were able to meet with many of our affiliates and get
feedback or even just have a drink with new friends.
The general feeling is that Barcelona is now done as a venue for the event.
There are thoughts that the next mainland European CAP event will be in
Copenhagen, Denmark but the London event is said to continue as planned for
the foreseeable future. We are looking forward to hearing more developments
on the Australian, CAP Down Under event from the team at CAP. The dates are
now announced as the 24 - 26th November and it will be held in Sydney.
Spain was an interesting mix of affiliates from Europe and the Americas but
there was a lack of Asian affiliates. Maybe the conference down under is
the answer? I guess time will tell.
